Hello darlings!!
Are you ready for a crazy weekend? Our brain meats are going be put to the test!

It seems like just yesterday we were trying to figure out how to get in, and now, here we are!! Everybody worked hard, and because of it, there should be minimal stress with the prep and the booth.
If anybody has any questions, call me tonight before 9p. Tomorrow is full day of school followed by going north for prep work, so I'm planning on crashing early so I can work late tomorrow.

The mini-con is done! We all had so much fun! We didn't sell out, but we sold a lot. We got to dink around and hang out with all of the people working to put Kumoricon on. Lots of happy fun pictures from our Kura!!

The push to Kumoricon is on!! Lots of planning is being done right now to make sure that everything is perfect by the time the Convention rolls around.

Small updates on the site, thanks to Rushifa, we have a few new questions in the FAQ.

We are pushing towards the Mini-con on August 11, and we hope to see everybody there! We're going to test out all of our cuppies, cookies and other treats to see what everybody likes. We might glean down our menu one more time before the Convention, just to ensure that everything gets done.

We are going to be donating some items to the Charity Auction at Kumoricon. What they are is a surprise though. *teehee*

We joined the Kumoricon crew at the general meeting Saturday! We had a really good time. Tom the Fanboy showed us around the grounds and showed us where our booth will be. We also found out that our booth will be really close to Pocky Club, so that is also exciting!! Click the Pocky box to see what they're all about. :3

We'll be disbursing little cuppies at the "Mini-Con" on August 11th. It's pretty cheap to get in, 5 bucks if you bring a used Manga. It is at the Vancouver Convention Center. In buisness-y news, the Menus are finalized and the prices are set for the convention! We are looking to make items that are affordable for all people. There will be pictures of the little cakes soon. ^_^

Kumoricon, Here we come!!!


We got the go ahead from our friend Eric to sell treats in the Artist Alley at Kumoricon this year~!!!
We are all so excited and are starting to plan, design and refine what we're going to sell, as well as the design of our booth.
We are looking forward to having a great time this summer, and looking forward to being a fun new part of Kumoricons' Artist Alley!!!!!

Our CafePress Shoppe is back up!! We will hopefully be getting a wider variety of odds and ends in there before too long. I am also proud to announce that there will soon be a page for fan art! (Who would have thought?) We have received some wonderful drawings from some of our darling supporters, and I want to put them up here as a thank you. Look for that soon!!

Thank you to everyone who showed interest at Uwajimaya!!


We were surprised at how many people recognized us from the Kumoricon forums or from our MySpace page. I'm so sad that I ran out cookies so fast-- there was one girl from our MySpace page that I wanted very badly to give a card cookie to, but didn't spot her in her Alice costume before all of the cookies had been given away.

We spoke to the Convention Chair (Meg) and the Exhibitor Relations Manager (Eric), and it was very inspiring. We will soon know what we will need to do for working at Kumoricon. Eric told us that he was really interested in what we wanted to do, it made me so happy!! (Plus he was patient with us, which was really appreciated... teehee~) It's so nice to have people support this silly idea of ours.

We are going to be at the Beaverton Uwajimaya today from 11.30 to 2 or 3-ish, depending on how quickly we run out of treats to give away. I hope to see you there! Our CafePress shop has promised to have our images back up by the end of the week. ^_^

We are getting very excited!! This upcoming weekend is a busy one. Tearsa is having her housewarming party, Dui is having her birthday and...

It's finally time for NekoPan's debut!!


 We debut at the Sakura Festival at Uwajimaya (There is a thread in our forums that provides an address if you haven't been to Uwaji yet)! We will be all dressed up and giving out little treatlets. There was a big to-do at our place this last weekend where we did dough tests for our treats. (We found at least one dough that we are pleased with, but each who were in attendance is continuing tests on their own throughout the week.) It should be really awesome, there are a number of us that are coming to promote NekoPan: Tearsa said that she would be there, Dui is coming, Robin and Amy and Lucy are coming, Bryce and Myself are going to be there.....

I will be there in NekoPan regalia, Robin is doing a version of Ms. Pom, Lucy is wearing a NekoPan shirt from our CafePress shoppe! I think Amy is going to be attacked and dressed by Robin, and I bet I could convince Tearsa to come in her chef's coat. ^_^

I hope it turns out as good as it should.

The webpage is undergoing another redevelopment as we search for the design to suit us best. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to see you at the Sakura Festival in Beaverton!
